After many years of studying nutrition informally I decided to follow my passion professionally. I studied at the the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, completed many more specialized courses after graduation, and specialize in optimal digestion and gut health and its effect on our overall well being.

With further education and advanced certification as a functional blood analyst I am able to dig deeper beyond symptoms, gain more insight into underlying imbalances, and have the opportunity to explain what is seen under the microscope to my clients - giving them a visual of their health status. Using this information I create a targeted diet and lifestyle plan to address imbalances and guide clients to restored health and vitality.

​I feel strongly that if we claimed back our kitchens and food sources we can claim back our physical and mental health as well.   Outside of learning and upgrading my knowledge in the natural health field, I love to host friends and family, mess around in my kitchen, run and hike our beautiful Okanagan trails, and travel with my husband and 3 teen daughters.

​Your health goals are not a destination, but rather a journey. The goals, the process, the results are all as individual as you are. I don’t have a quick fix or a magic pill. Just me offering my understanding of how whole traditional food and a balanced lifestyle can make a difference in your health. I am excited to journey alongside you, to teach, to support, and to guide you as best I can.
